Many people have stress – its a part of life unfortunately We have it due to school, work or home events. There are some people that can leave it all behind while others are facing the burden everyday. Some take the stress home, or if the stress is at home, we are “buried” or surrounded by it.
With General Adaptation Syndrome, designed by Hans Selye, identifies the three stages that people will go through when they are stressed out.
